A leader in South Florida luxury condos, EPIC Miami, continues on schedule with construction
Despite a slew of waterfront properties in Florida under construction, EPIC Miami continues to create buzz among its future residents, South Florida natives and visitors to the area.
The 54-story building is well underway with approximately 100 laborers and construction managers working hard to ensure the building remains on schedule. The columns and shear walls through the 5th floor have been completed at the site and are visible to many Brickell Avenue and Downtown Miami office dwellers. By year end, the tower will reach the 8th floor and all pile caps and underground mechanical/electrical/plumbing will be installed. EPIC is well on target to open winter 2008.
