EPIC Miami Names Cervera Real Estate Exclusive Sales Agent

Cervera Real Estate has been named the exclusive sales agent for EPIC Miami Residences & Hotel. Founded in 1969, Veronica Cervera, president of Cervera Real Estate, and her team of real estate agents specialize in high-end real estate and have represented several of Colombo’s projects, most recently the sold-out Grovenor House in Coconut Grove.

“Cervera and its team of successful real estate professionals bring to EPIC an impressive knowledge of the South Florida and international markets,” said Ugo Colombo, one of the developers at EPIC Miami. “We are delighted to have them on board and confident they will help make our project a success.”

Construction for EPIC Miami has begun and completion is scheduled for summer 2008. An additional condominium tower also is planned. Cervera Real Estate is currently taking reservations for EPIC Miami at preconstruction prices.

View EPIC Miami's New Sales Center

EPIC Miami Hotel and Residences continues to create a buzz in luxury Miami real estate. A recent video of the new EPIC Miami condo sales center is featured on YouTube, where visitors can stop by and view at their leisure.

Founded in February 2005, YouTube is a consumer media company for people to watch and share original videos worldwide through a Web experience. Originally started as a personal video sharing service, YouTube has grown into an entertainment destination with people watching more than 70 million videos on the site daily.

EPIC Miami Begins Construction

Commercial Real Estate News - Construction Gets Under Way on 54-Story Project

Locally based developers CMC Group, Lionstone Development and Ponte Gadea Group have begun construction on the EPIC Miami Hotel and Residences. This well-anticipated luxury real estate project has captured the attention of Miami condo buyers and many of the one, two, three bedroom apartments and penthouses have already been sold at preconstruction prices.

“We’re finding that the building is attracting people who want to live in the city and walk to places,” says Veronica Cervera, president of Cervera Real Estate and the project’s exclusive sales agent, “The performing arts center will be completed by the end of the year and it’s bringing a lot of energy to that area.”

Ranging from $160 to $200 million, the EPIC Miami Hotel and Residences will contain both luxury Miami condos and hotel rooms. The hotel will occupy 15 of the floors, and will be managed by San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants.
